Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine Monohydrate: Most effective derivative of all creatines. Creatine enhances the bodies capacity to perform high intensity activity and assists in greater muscle size and performance gains as a result. Creatine Phosphate (creatines high energy molecule form, stored within the cells) is used to supply the type 11b muscle fibers (fast-twitch high-glycolytic; the muscles that get largest in size) with immediate energy, ensuring these muscles do not prematurely fatigue. This strengthens muscular contraction of these fibers and helps the athlete pump out more reps, sprint faster or engage more forcefully in whatever sport or type of exercise they are participating in. Supplementing with creatine allows the muscle to store more of the high-energy molecule to provide greater gains in strength and muscle. Also, has been shown to be effective as a neuroprotection agent (an agent that protects against environmental toxins hence increases the survival of nerve cells). Studies have shown improved short-term memory and problem solving. Other benefits include bone growth, improved testosterone and reduction in muscle cell damage and inflammation. Creatine does cause cells to swell with water, which in turn is the cause of a lot of the benefits but it is advised to increase hydration.

Collagen

Collagen: Is one of the most abundant proteins in your body it is in your muscles, bones, skin, tendons, hair and in your digestive system. Collagen quite literally holds your body together. As you age your body produces less and less collagen, you could also not be getting enough collagen enriched foods in your diet. Research has linked collagen supplementation to improved skin elasticity and skin moisture. A 2008 study found that athletes who took hydrolyzed collagen experienced less joint pain during activity and at rest. It has also been proven to help strengthen blood vessels and improve their elasticity. Collagen is essential in mending and rebuilding your body, such as muscles, skin and joints. It also helps to strengthen bones, tendons, cartilage, and ligaments. Collagen also helps with leaky gut, by smoothing out the lining of your gut, healing damaged cell walls.

L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine: Is in over 61% of skeletal muscle. L-Glutamine consists of 19% nitrogen, making it the primary transporter of nitrogen into your muscle cells. L-Glutamine plays a key role in protein synthesis. Studies have shown that L-Glutamine supplementation can minimize breakdown of muscle. It also plays a key role in cell volumizing and anti-catabolism. Because L-Glutamine helps maintain cell volume and hydration it has been proven to speed up healing and recovery. Also, has been shown to boast immune system and help with leaky gut. Because it is a vital nutrient for intestines to rebuild and repair.

These three supplements work hand in hand!

We believe these compounds where made to be taken together. Our bodies already produce these compounds. Due to poor diet, low nutrient food and everyday physical and mental stress, our bodies cannot keep up with production of these compounds. We believe supplementation is imperative for optimal performance. These compounds work synergistically together, feeding off of each other and optimizing their benefits.
